Naffisa Razzaq
Naffisa is an Associate in the International Real Estate department and is based in our Bahrain office.
Naffisa advises on cross-border commercial real estate matters across the GCC, with a focus on acquisitions and disposals, development projects, joint ventures, and commercial leasing arrangements.
She has experience assisting on complex real estate transactions, including sale and leaseback arrangements, property-related restructurings, hotel management and franchise agreements, and landlord and tenant matters across multiple sectors.
Naffisa is a UK qualified lawyer and draws on experience gained across both private practice and in-house roles in the UK to deliver practical, commercially focused advice to clients throughout the region.
