Shirin Pishbin


Shirin is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' International Real Estate team in Bahrain, having qualified as a solicitor in the UK in October 2015. 

Prior to joining Trowers, Shirin completed her training contract at Cripps LLP where she undertook a variety of seats including Commercial Property, Property Litigation, Development and Commercial Litigation. She also spent one seat on secondment at a large UK property investment company. Her experience in the UK includes landlord and tenant work, acting for private developers as well as landowners and working on affordable housing developments.

Since arriving in Bahrain, Shirin has assisted with various projects including the Kuwait National Rail Road Project; the Bahrain Affordable Housing PPP; Kuwait Low-Cost Housing PPP Project; and development projects such as Diyar Al Muharraq, Canal View and Water Garden City. She has also assisted in the establishment of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Bahrain.

Shirin graduated in 2009 from the University of Bristol, followed by a master's degree at SOAS, University of London in 2010. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury and was admitted as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England and Wales in October 2015.
