Shirin Pishbin


Shirin is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' International Real Estate team in Bahrain.

During her 10 years in Bahrain, Shirin has assisted with various large scale projects including the Bahrain Affordable Housing PPP and the new Bahrain International Airport terminal; and development projects such as Diyar Al Muharraq and Riffa Views in Bahrain, La Vie, Muscat Hills in Oman and California Village in Dubai, working on the whole lifecycle of a development from sale documentation to community management structuring. She assisted in the establishment of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Bahrain and has a detailed knowledge of the development legislation across the GCC. Shirin often advises on landlord and tenant work, drafting and negotiating leases and musataha agreements across the GCC. In addition, Shirin regularly works on hotel and hospitality work for our developer clients, and has negotiated hotel agreements with a range of international operators such as Kempinski, Four Seasons, Rotana, Mandarin Oriental and Marriott, as well as branded restaurant licence and franchise agreements. Shirin has ranked in Chambers for the last 3 years.

Shirin graduated in 2009 from the University of Bristol, followed by a master's degree at SOAS, University of London in 2010. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury and was admitted as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England and Wales in October 2015.
