Natasha has non-contentious construction experience advising clients across a range of sectors, including the life sciences, hotel, office, retail and affordable housing sectors. Her experience includes the drafting and negotiation of various construction documents including building contracts, consultant appointments, bonds and guarantees, collateral warranties, and development and funding agreements as well as undertaking the construction due diligence for real estate and finance transactions.
