Zohaib previously worked at Freshfields and Knights as a paralegal and qualified as a solicitor in 2022 at Knights. His experience includes assisting on private company and private equity M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, as well as, legal due diligence, shareholder agreements, group reorganisations, share buybacks, EMI option schemes, non-disclosure agreements and company secretarial.
