John Mousicos

John joined Trowers & Hamlins in August 2022 and advises on all contentious property matters.

John has a wide expertise in commercial property disputes, advising a range of clients including, institutional property investors, local authorities and private clients on matters relating to the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 including termination, dilapidations, breach of covenant, break notices and lease renewals. He also advises on issues relating to restrictive covenants, adverse possession, rights of way and prescriptive easements.
