Arslaan Mahmood
Arslaan is an associate in the corporate department based in Bahrain, specialising in company mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, capital markets and corporate structuring.
He has acted on a range of transactions at an international law firm ranked in the top 20 in the UK before relocating to Bahrain in 2023 and moving to the firm.
He has experience in advising clients globally in a wide range of industries including financial services, energy, manufacturing, technology, healthcare and defence. Arslaan also has specialist knowledge of the franchising sector as he has previously worked at a market-leading franchise-specialist law firm.
Arslaan studied his Law LLB course at the University of Birmingham from 2014 to 2017 and completed an MSc in Law and Business at the University of Law in Birmingham in 2020. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2020.
