Louise Loveless


Louise is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation department.

Louise advises clients across the real estate sector on a broad range of contentious commercial and residential property matters. She acts for a variety of clients including developers, institutional property investors, housing associations, title indemnity insurers, occupiers of commercial and residential property and private indivuiduals.

Louise specialises in development related disputes, including rights of light, adverse possession, easements and restrictive covenants.  

She also advises on landlord and tenant disputes, 1954 Act lease renewals, breaches of covenant, break rights, recovery of rent arrears, service charge disputes and property related insolvency matters.
