Rachel provides specialist rights of light advice to developers and affected neighbours on multi-million pound claims, threatened injunctions and lower value disputes. Rachel manages claims commercially and cost effectively through strategic negotiation, mediation where appropriate and an in depth working knowledge of the law in this specialist area.

Rachel also specialises in property insolvency having advised on a number of the recent CVAs including a long-term involvement in the House of Fraser insolvency with close scrutiny of the CVA terms and the grounds for challenge. Regularly liaising with administrators and liquidators, Rachel is committed to achieving a client's objectives in the often unwelcome scenario of a tenant insolvency. She has a strong rapport with clients and is committed to delivering solutions.

Rachel advises on a broad spectrum of property litigation matters including 1954 act lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews, break clauses, restrictive covenants and adverse possession. She regularly delivers seminars to clients on development issues, rights of light and other topical matters. She provides strategic, concise and practical advice.
