Rachel also specialises in property insolvency having advised on a number of the recent CVAs including a long-term involvement in the House of Fraser insolvency with close scrutiny of the CVA terms and the grounds for challenge. Regularly liaising with administrators and liquidators, Rachel is committed to achieving a client's objectives in the often unwelcome scenario of a tenant insolvency. She has a strong rapport with clients and is committed to delivering solutions.
Rachel advises on a broad spectrum of property litigation matters including 1954 act lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews, break clauses, restrictive covenants and adverse possession.
