Sarah Halford


Sarah is a paralegal in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation team specialising in commercial litigation and arbitration.

She has over 13 years' experience and her background includes mortgage repossession, debt and asset recovery and social housing.

Sarah has been involved in a variety of commercial disputes that often involve civil fraud and have multi-jurisdictional elements. Sarah has reviewed and advised on potential breaches of contract; dealt with large value debt and asset recovery claims; partnership disputes and charity fraud investigations. She acts on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants within the private and public sector, such as businesses, charities, housing associations and private individuals.

Sarah is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).
