Jeremy Hunt


Jeremy has worked in the real estate sector for over 20 years and specialises in providing property advice on large residential regeneration projects, large mixed-use development schemes, the acquisition and leasing of property and general property-based work for Registered Providers. 

He also leads on large scale disposals of land and/or residential units. Recently he has been involved in a number of investor transactions and he coordinates the firm's residential investment group and residential portfolio transactions team

Significant investment property work includes leading the team that advised the Aviva (REaLM) Social Housing Fund on its acquisitions to 2018 and advising Residential Secure Income PLC   on the completion of its first acquisition in November 2017 of the purchase of a rental homes portfolio comprising 1,341 retirement properties for a total consideration of approximately £100 million.

Jeremy has worked for the GLA on its Housing Zones programme and was named a leading lawyer in Social Housing by The Legal 500 2018.

Jeremy Hunt is a "very experienced and well respected" practitioner who frequently acts for registered providers in acquisitions and leasing matters. He is also skilled in advising on regeneration projects and mixed-use developments.
