Nick Green
Nick Green is a Dubai-based corporate partner who advises family offices, investment managers, financial institutions and strategic investors on cross-border investments both within the GCC and between the GCC and the UK.
Having practised in London, Bahrain and Dubai, Nick has spent more than 25 years at Trowers helping clients structure, deploy and manage capital across multiple jurisdictions. His practice focuses on family capital, family office and investment platform work, with particular experience advising GCC investors on UK opportunities and international investors establishing and investing through structures in the UAE. Nick also leads the firm's UAE Funds and Regulatory practice.
Nick advises on a broad range of corporate, investment and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment funds, shareholder arrangements and corporate structuring. He has extensive experience of DIFC and ADGM investment vehicles and regularly assists clients with the establishment and operation of family office, fund and investment platform structures. He also has significant expertise in Shari'ah-compliant investment structures and Islamic finance transactions.
