Catherine Guerin


Catherine is a Chartered Legal Executive, in the Residential Private Client team which is part of the Trowers and Hamlins Real Estate Department in Exeter.

Catherine qualified in 2015 and joined Trowers and Hamlins in October 2018, having relocated from another large local firm where she spent 16 years honing her conveyancing expertise.

She knows the local market well and has built excellent connections with the local agents and other property experts.

Catherine brings with her a wealth of expertise and knowledge in property law, covering both residential sales and purchase transactions, remortgages, property transfers, first registrations and new build properties including the help to buy schemes.
