Emma Carr is a Senior Associate with experience advising both borrowers and lenders on a wide range of healthcare, corporate, development and real estate finance transactions. She has acted on matters involving both public and private sector funding, providing commercially focused advice across complex financing arrangements. Emma's broad experience enables her to support clients through all stages of a transaction, from structuring and negotiation through to completion. Having completed a secondment with a leading bank, she has gained valuable insight into the internal processes and priorities of a global corporate finance lender, allowing her to deliver practical, solutions-focused advice and effectively navigate lender requirements.
