Simon Edwards


Simon is a Partner in our Commercial Team, with over 20 years' experience advising on and negotiating commercial contracts.

Simon's practice has a particular focus on the Food/Beverage and Retail/Consumer sectors, having provided strategic advice to numerous household names in the sectors over the past 10 years. His knowledge of those sectors has been further enhanced by spending over a year in-house at 3 global consumer businesses. 

Simon specialises in advising clients on complex, business critical, outsourcings and services agreements with a particular focus on supply chain and logistics arrangements. He also advises clients regularly on their "business as usual" contracts, including supply arrangements for goods and services and agency, distribution and franchising agreements. 

Simon is consistently named in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, praised by clients for "making [himself] available", for his "market awareness", for being "very impressive" and for his "commercial and quality advice". He has also been named as a "Star Lawyer" by legal research company Acritas in their global survey of in-house General Counsel and senior lawyers.
