Charlotte Earl


Charlotte is based in the London office. Prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins, Charlotte worked as a paralegal gaining experience in Real Estate and Corporate.

Charlotte completed her training with us in March 2019, having undertaken seats in Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Property Litigation. Throughout her career, Charlotte has engaged in a diverse range of commercial Real Estate transactions, including investment and portfolio acquisitions and disposals, asset management, development and forward-funding projects, and re-financings.

In addition to investment transactions for a range of institutional investors, Charlotte's work also has a focus on airport real estate, including airport leasing, disposals, acquisitions and utility connections.

Charlotte acts for both landlords and tenants across a variety of sectors including retail, office, care, hospitality, industrial and aviation.
