She has advised on LSVTs, refinancings, ISDA agreements, bilateral and syndicated loan arrangements, bond issues, private placements, security trust arrangements and advising RPs with a 1,000 units as well as some of the largest RPs in the sector.

Most currently Jasna has been advising on refinancings of debt in the context of group reorganisations, such as acquisition of a subsidiary and transfers of engagements which also includes reviewing lender consent requirements.

Her work often includes aspects of property security, charity law and governance in order to provide a full service of the client's needs.
