Daniel Dong

Daniel advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including private company M&A, cross-border investments, private equity transactions, joint venture arrangements, corporate governance, group restructurings and corporate advisory work. Daniel has experience working with clients in the digital marketing, technology, real estate, manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.

Daniel also supports the firm's Korea Desk initiative, regularly assisting Korean clients on cross-border transactions and conducting business in the UK.
