Ethan Chye
Ethan is a Senior Associate in the International Corporate Department of Trowers & Hamlins, based in our Abu Dhabi office.
Ethan has experience in a range of corporate matters with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, spanning various industries including healthcare, education, manufacturing, real estate development, start-ups, oil & gas and insurance.
Ethan regularly advises on regulatory compliance, incorporation and corporate governance, and has experience in a diversified portfolio of commercial work involving IT procurements and projects, distribution arrangements and other supply of goods and services contracts.
Prior to joining the firm's Abu Dhabi office, Ethan was with a leading firm in Malaysia where he worked on various matters involving the South East Asia and East Asia jurisdictions.
