Rachel Ford

Rachel assists Partners across the Real Estate department with all aspects of development work in particular residential housing for both public and private bodies.

Rachel works with private developers, housing associations and local authorities to deliver residential housing accommodation across England.  This work includes investigating title, drafting and negotiating development agreements, golden brick and turnkey agreements, option agreements, promotion agreements and overage deeds.
