Pete is a Partner in the real estate team and is based in our Birmingham office.
Pete advises both public and private sector clients on regeneration projects, complex development schemes and strategic land transactions. Additionally, Pete advises investors on acquisitions, disposals, re-financing, and property management matters relating to their portfolios.
Regularly utilising conditional agreements, overage, options, promotion agreements and development agreements, Pete is consistently commended by his clients for providing pragmatic and commercial solutions.
Pete's nationwide client base includes logistics sector developers, residential/mixed-use developers, public sector bodies, property investment companies, and hospitality & leisure providers.
