Kelly Brown specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate investment and portfolio management, with a particular focus on commercial real estate finance and secured lending. She acts across a broad range of sectors including retail, hospitality, tourism and leisure, as well as logistics and more general commercial property transactions.
Kelly acts for a range of clients including institutional and alternative lenders, borrowers, large UK funds, and private equity investors.
Kelly's day-to-day practice encompasses loan portfolio management, one-off charging exercises, general asset management, acquisition and disposal and corporate support work. She has strong expertise in leading large-scale projects, including retail park acquisitions and disposals and complex refinancing exercises, and continually works across offices and sectors.
Kelly is a well-known and highly regarded real estate finance practitioner in the South- West market and was previously noted as an "Associate to Watch" in Chambers.
