Alice Spencer

Alice qualified in 2026 having trained at the firm, bringing a breadth of experience across a range of practice areas developed during her training contract. During her training contract, Alice gained valuable experience across four seats, including Real Estate (Investment & Development), Employment and Pensions, Governance, and an international secondment to the firm's Bahrain office. This diverse training has given her a well-rounded understanding of complex legal and commercial issues across multiple disciplines. In her current role, Alice advises a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment and pensions matters. She developed a strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks and operational challenges unique Registered Providers and charities during her Governance seat and is well placed to assist these clients in navigating the employment law issues they face, combining sector-specific knowledge with practical, commercially-minded advice.
