Max Ankers

Max previously worked at DAC Beachcroft and CG Professional, having previously qualified as a solicitor in 2019 at JMW. He specialises in advising on private company M&A transactions but has advised AIM listed entities on their acquisitions of private companies. Max has also previously advised on cross border transactions, MBOs, asset sales, joint ventures, group reorganisations, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and dissolutions. Max also has experience of providing companies and directors with on-going advice in relation to corporate governance and corporate structuring.
