Steven and Paul commented:

"Congratulations to Matt and the team at Hale International on the successful sale of the company to Oxford Global Resources. This is the second successful recruitment business sale we have advised on in recent months (following the sale of TritonExec) and is testament to our expertise in the sector."

Matt Cox (CEO) from Hale International, added:

"I would like to thank Trowers & Hamlins for the tremendous legal support throughout the process. The recruitment expertise and responsiveness of Paul, Steven and their team were integral to ensuring the transaction proceeded smoothly."
