International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has expanded its Singapore team with the appointment of Chuan How Tan as Partner in its International Banking and Finance team.
Chuan How specialises in advising international commercial and institutional lenders and corporate borrowers on a wide range of cross-border banking and financing transactions in the ASEAN region, including project financing, syndicated and structured financing, capital expenditure financing, and debt capital market transactions, as well as having experience in advising on energy and infrastructure project development and finance matters. He has particular expertise in Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.
Chuan How joins Trowers from DFDL Singapore.
