International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has bolstered its Corporate team in London with the appointment of new partner Paul Bagon.

Paul specialises in advising clients on restructuring and special situations work. He acts for all types of stakeholders across capital structures, including debtors, boards of directors, secured lenders, creditors and insolvency practitioners. As part of his special situations practice, he represents debtors, private credit providers, family offices, funds and UHNW individuals and families. Much of his special situations work is generated from international clients, particularly from the Gulf region in the Middle East and family offices in Asia.

A qualified solicitor of 17 years, Paul joins Trowers from RPC.
