Paul Bagon
Paul is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team and is based in London office.
Paul specialises in all aspects of international and domestic financings, special situations and private credit investments. He advises family offices, credit providers, borrowers and intermediaries in relation to capitalisations, restructurings, fundraisings, private credit and direct lending matters, including turnarounds and insolvencies. His experience extends across a range of sectors and industries including, real estate (commercial, prime residential and development schemes), hotel and hospitality investments, financial services, tech, energy, projects and complex commercial arrangements.
Paul also advises clients in relation to contentious matters and has successfully handled high value private disputes and litigation proceedings before the English courts.
Representative matters include acting for family offices and sponsors on investments, bondholders and lenders on financial restructurings, real estate developers and investors on large projects and boards of directors navigate business critical challenges.
A large portion of Paul's work is international and many of his clients are based within the GCC, where he is regarded as an experienced and trusted advisor.
