As menopause action plans become mandatory for some employers from spring 2027, we discussed the impact menopause can have on employees at work, the legal and practical considerations for employers, and the steps organisations can take to create a more supportive and inclusive working environment.
Laura Welchew was joined by Imogen Reseigh, Jacqui Bernuzzi and our guest speaker, Dr Laura David, CEO & Founder of Smart About Health, to consider workplace adjustments, wellbeing initiatives and the role managers can play in supporting colleagues through different stages of menopause.
