As part of our Black History Month activities Trowers & Hamlins hosted a webinar which explored the experience of black professionals in the corporate world.
Our guest speaker was, Ije McDougall, a Magistrate for the UK Ministry of Justice, a published author and a passionate advocate for racial equality.
During this webinar, Ije was joined by some of our Trowers & Hamlins colleagues who shared their personal stories.
The theme for Black History Month this year is "Time for Change: Actions Not Words", which prompted us to think about the particular challenges that black professionals face in the workplace.
