Podcast: What's next for judicial review? A guide to the reforms to date and the potential impact

In this podcast, litigators Rebecca Lawrence and Edward Rees discuss where we are so far on judicial review reform and the implications of the proposals as they currently stand.

Rebecca and Ed set out the background to, and the content of, the new Judicial Review and Courts Bill. The path leading up to the Bill has been eventful and many of the Government proposals, as consulted on in March 2021, have not made it all the way to Parliament (at least for now). In any event, substantial changes are planned. In this podcast Rebecca and Ed consider the Bill's potential, and perhaps unintended, consequences.
