Work and life continue to be far from normal for all employers at the moment, but during the last month we have been celebrating Diversity and Inclusion.

During July on Trowers Tuesday we have had a month of online Q&As on Maximising Inclusivity, focusing on how employers can support employees from different groups and create a genuinely inclusive workplace.  We were delighted to be joined by many excellent external speakers who all gave their time and expertise to share their Top Tips on inclusion. Click here  to catch up on all the sessions on Pride and LGBTQ+, Race and the diversity leadership challenge, sex discrimination and working parents, intergenerational working, and disability inclusion.  

Of course COVID-19 continues to affect how we live and work.  As we continue to support our clients with preparing for the Future of Work, we're helping a number of you with reviewing working from home policies and contracts of employment to meet your organisational needs.  Changing quarantine rules also pose a particular challenge during a far from normal holiday season.
