Join us on Tuesday 21 April at 11.30am, when we’ll explore the emerging challenges employers are facing as artificial intelligence tools become more widely used in the workplace, including how AI is driving an increase in employee grievances.
We’ll look at the rise of AI generated grievances, how employers should approach longer, more complex and legally framed submissions, and the risks associated with process, confidentiality and data handling. The session will also consider practical steps for managing these grievances fairly, proportionately and in line with existing legal and procedural obligations.
Rebecca McGuirk will be joined by Laura Welchew and Jake Wilkie to share insights and practical guidance to help HR teams and managers respond effectively and maintain robust grievance processes in an evolving landscape.
Please send over your questions in advance, and we look forward to seeing you there!
