With Dubai Arbitration Week 2025 just around the corner, we’re proud to be at the heart of the conversation by hosting and contributing to a range of events that reflect our deep commitment to the arbitration community.
We are delighted to be hosting a panel session exploring the cross-border enforcement of arbitration awards, featuring practical insights and guidance from our expert panel. The discussion to include recent updates and examples on the enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in the UAE, UK, Bahrain and Oman and a discussion surrounding the benefits of early asset tracing exercises and interim relief to the successful enforcement of awards.
Partner Nikita Patel will be moderating and Partner Raya Al Harthy speaking on the panel.
We are also pleased to share the panels our team will be attending and contributing to during Dubai Arbitration Week. These sessions offer an opportunity to engage with key issues shaping the industry, and we look forward to contributing to the conversation.
