Our next Trowers Tuesday is on 19th September at 11.30 am and we will discuss our top tips for carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations.

Always a popular topic, we will summarise the principles for carrying out effective and successful investigations and discuss how to manage the challenges that often arise. There will be guidance on how to evaluate evidence and ensure compliance with ACAS guidance, and discussion on the ideal final report structure.
