The New Homes Ombudsman Scheme will form part of a framework that will deliver a step change in residential developer behaviour, drive a consistently high standard of new home quality and service, and strengthened redress for the purchasers of new-build homes where these high standards are not achieved.

In this webinar we will be privileged to hear from Emma Toms, the Interim COO of the New Homes Quality Board about the detail of the New Homes Ombudsman Service and the development of a new industry code of practice – the New Homes Quality Code and what it means for developers and consumers alike, and what developers  should be doing now ahead of implementation of the Ombudsman Service and the Code.
