We look forward to welcoming you to our first Trowers Tuesdays session back after the half term break on 2 November at 11.30am. Danielle Ingham and Jake Wilkie will be joined by guest speaker and occupational health specialist Nicola Suckley, Managing Director of The Wellbeing and Rehabilitation Company and committee member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics.

Employers regularly tell us that they find occupational health support tricky to navigate – finding the right provider, knowing what questions to ask, interpreting specialist reports and implementing recommendations. Our panel will be answering your questions on how to get the best out of occupational health, ways to balance both employer and employee interests and practical ways to make sure that the advice you receive is fit for purpose.  We will also be discussing how occupational health support can be used proactively to boost employee wellbeing and reduce the risk of employee grievances and claims.
