As part of our month on recruitment and retention Emma Burrows will be joined by Adrian Walcott, Founder and Director of Brands with Values and our solicitor Stephanie Taylor.
They will discuss whether we are creating attractive workplaces for candidates and in particular whether we are creating inclusive workplaces. We'll be looking at both what employers can do to improve their attractiveness and create inclusive and diverse spaces to work, and look at some of the legal ways in which you can attract more diverse and inclusive candidates.
