The Great Resignation - attracting and retaining talent

It's been dubbed "The Great Resignation" but the battle to recruit and retain talent is real for employers in all sectors. Over the next four weeks, Trowers Tuesday will be getting into how employers can attract, engage and retain good people.

Starting on 9 November, at our usual time of 11.30am,  the first session will delve into workplace culture and the technological tools available to understand, manage and improve culture as a means of improving engagement, job satisfaction and talent retention. Partner Nicola Ihnatowicz will be chairing, and solicitor Ellie Clot will be joined on the panel by Philip Jeppsson from Winningtemp to talk about how they use AI to measure and optimise the employee experience in real time.

Future sessions on the Great Resignation will discuss employee brand and values, immigration and overseas recruitment, and incentives and remuneration. Watch this space for further details.
