Lockdown has taken its toll and we have started to see an increase in advice around how to deal with colleagues who are off on long term sickness and this is only likely to increase. Rebecca McGuirk and Martin McFall will discuss how employers should be dealing with cases, including those involving disabilities and Long Covid, and also some of the hidden pension costs to be mindful of.
