Continuing the future of agile working series, the second live Q&A webinar in the agility series explores the implications of a move to agile working and the benefits of a agile working model for inclusivity and attracting and retaining talent.

Emma Burrows and Nicola Ihnatowicz will be joined by David Blackburn, Chief People Officer of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and HR Director of the Year at the Personnel Today Awards 2020 and Paul Allsopp, former Head of BT Agile Working Programme and currently Managing Director of The Agile Organisation who will share their experiences and answer your questions.

In particular we will be looking at how to manage a workforce in many locations, with some practical tips, and the equality, diversity and inclusion impact on the workforce of a move to agility.

There will be an option for you to submit questions to the panel on the registration page. Please note, the register button will take you to an external Zoom page.

This session will be recorded. To see the full details of how the data is managed, please see our fair processing notice.
