Our next Trowers Tuesday is on Tuesday 15 September at 11:30 am and Rebecca McGuirk and Laura Welchew will be discussing how to make agile working arrangements permanent.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the ways in which many of us work and has resulted in employers having to take a more flexible approach. At one of our recent Trowers Tuesdays, 88% of those polled revealed that they are planning to put in place arrangements which comprise a mix of working from home and being at work, so agile working is clearly here to stay!
We will cover how to deal with working from home requests, as well as talking about implementing the necessary contractual changes to put agile working arrangements in place, together with the unintended consequences of agile working. In addition we'll be answering any specific queries you may have.
Please submit any questions in advance, using the registration form, and we will aim to answer as many as possible during the session. Please note the registration button will take you to an external Zoom page.
This session will be recorded and made available on our website, to see the full details of how this data is managed, please see our fair processing notice.
