Our next Trowers Tuesdays is on 29th September 2020 and the team will be focusing on managing Tribunal litigation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our clients are continuing to receive a steady stream of new Tribunal claims and we are starting to see litigation related to COVID-19 too. How Tribunal litigation is dealt with is changing as well – the Tribunals are making use of technology and virtual hearings, and wider reform is on the horizon.
We'll be discussing the types of claims that we expect to surge and share our experiences of using the Tribunal system and how it might change in the future.
