We will hear from:

  •  Tony Grimes, Head of Corporate Services, Investec Bank who will look at the challenges of managing a hybrid workforce and how to synchronise the advantages of office and home working;
  • Alex Ferguson, Managing Director, Delta Simons on the importance of good health, well-being and innovation in creating a safe, secure and desirable workplace; and
  • Heather Day, PGIM Real Estate, European COO on how to foster an inclusive working environment that works for the benefit of all
