He has worked on a wide ranging variety of residential developments whilst also advising on government funding arrangements.

Working regularly with both private and public sector bodies, Nez has been able to apply his knowledge of government funding into the large scale property developments. In addition, Nez has experience of working on conditional land agreements, overage arrangements and development finance for projects throughout the UK.
