Charlotte Yeomans


Charlotte is an Associate in the Construction Disputes team and is based in our Birmingham office.

She has experience advising on a wide range of contentious matters across the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.

Charlotte supports clients across both the public and private sectors, including local authorities, housing providers, employers, developers, and contractors. Since qualification, Charlotte has been heavily involved in resolving disputes relating to payment, defects, performance, termination, and contract administration. Her work varies between adjudications, pre-action advisory and negotiation, arbitration, as well as helping clients to effectively manage risk and avoid disputes.

Charlotte regularly works with standard form construction contracts, including NEC3, NEC4 and JCT and has experience advising on the interpretation and practical application of these contracts in disputes, and also in the contract management context.
