Rachel Vaughan
Rachel is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department. She is based in our Manchester office.
Rachel has a broad range of experience in real estate transactions, and has undertaken work for public and private sector clients including central government departments, local authorities, pension funds, charities and private investors. Her experience includes leasehold asset management, freehold acquisitions and disposals, corporate support and real estate finance matters.
Rachel is also on Trowers & Hamlins' Telecoms Group and her experience includes bulk asset wayleave agreements and telecoms leases.
