Rebecca Harris
Rebecca is a Senior Associate in the Investment and Development team advising on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions involving business, investment and educational sites. Rebecca has experience in acquisitions and disposals, asset management, new and existing lettings, and financing for both individual and corporate clients.
Rebecca acts for local and national landlords and tenants (both in the public and private sectors) including business start-ups, pension funds, charities and trusts. Rebecca also provides support on large scale property financing projects and commercial estate acquisitions, and works closely with our Insolvency team providing advice to Insolvency Practitioners, Administrators and fixed-charge receivers in connection with real estate assets.
