Shiladitya (Shil) Majumdar is a senior associate in Trowers & Hamlins' International Corporate team in Dubai, advising clients on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and commercial arrangements across the UAE and the region.
Shil is an English-law qualified lawyer who has practised in the UAE since 2015. He advises regional and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, employment and a broad range of commercial matters from commercial agencies to service agreements, with particular depth in healthcare, education and food security sectors and the private wealth space.
