Tania Singla


Tania Singla is an Associate in the International Dispute Resolution and Litigation team at Trowers & Hamlins LLP in Dubai. She advises clients on complex, high-value and cross-border disputes before international arbitral tribunals and the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

As a dual-qualified lawyer with experience across multiple jurisdictions, Tania brings a rare combination of common law expertise and a deep-rooted understanding of civil law traditions to her work. She regularly acts in proceedings under the rules of the ICC, DIAC, SCC, ICSID, arbitrateAD and LCIA, advising a diverse client base that spans multinational corporations, financial institutions, government entities and high-net-worth individuals across the UAE, Europe and India. She also works closely with the India desk at Trowers in relation to India-related disputes. 

Prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins, Tania spent three years as an associate with the world's one of the leading arbitration teams in Paris. During this time, she represented clients in large-scale and complex disputes valued from US$25 million to US$5 billion across construction, energy, mining, infrastructure, financial services and insurance. At the time, she also served as a member of the firm's India Practice group, advising Indian investors and companies on India-related disputes. 

In addition to her legal practice, Tania serves as a visiting lecturer at the Graduate Institute in Geneva, and at various law universities in India. She also serves as a Group Advisor to the Young ICCA Mentoring Programme (Thirteenth Edition) and is a member of Arbinbrief, produced in collaboration with the AAA-ICDR.
