Ollie conducts due diligence on large portfolios of properties
which includes examining search results and reviewing titles. Ollie has
assisted in respect of various charging transactions including bond issues,
private placements, releases and recharging pursuant to refinancing.

Ollie also obtains quotations and places legal indemnity insurance on risk from insurance companies, liaises with Local Authorities to obtain planning documents together with sign off of material planning conditions and financial contributions.

Ollie maintains property databases for large scale transactions, collates large volumes of title information and documentation, prepares applications to register security at the Financial Conduct Authority and submits various applications to the Land Registry including applications to record a charge, upgrade or merge titles, remove restrictions and charges.
